My siblings and I would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts on the replacement headstone after our mother passed away last year and joined our dad. We used your company for our dads original headstone and so it was a no brainier to use you again. The black granite open book headstone is absolutely gorgeous and very well professionally made to a very high standard. I was even fortunate enough to be given a chunk of the old headstone with my dads picture on it. Thank you so much for all your help from start to finish. It’s the little things that matter. Every member of staff that I had the pleasure to speak to far exceeded my expectations. Nothing was too much trouble, and the feeling of never being rushed, added to the overall good experience. We chose a pearl blue granite stone, which looks even better in reality. The finished result, including the cropping of photo to remove a hand and arm proved to be an excellent final touch, something we didn’t expect at all. So to say we are pleased with the overall service would be an understatement. MOD and the extended team provided an excellent service, and would highly recommend them.

Excellent service from the whole team at Memorial of Distinction. They answered all our questions quickly by phone or email however daft they were. They gave regular updates on progress and even in these Covid times turned the stone round in the quoted time. The headstone and edging look amazing as well as the price being very competitive. You made a difficult occasion and one done via e-mail very easy, dealing with all our special requests stone, colour, design etc. Communication and requests were always clear and your response to any queries always helpful, supportive and timely. The headstone is in place as advised and it looks beautiful.
Can recommend Memorials of Distinction without hesitation. A wonderful team who made the whole process very manageable and less daunting, resulting in a beautiful memorial stone for my parents. They even provided some photos once the stone had been installed so I could see it before visiting in person, which was so moving and made my day. All in all, a credit to the profession.
What a great company to deal with. From ordering to the installation they have been clear and true to their word all the way through. We initially thought it would make more sense to sort through a local company as Memorials of Distinction are a couple of hours away from where we live. However we soon realised after talking to them that that this was not a problem and it was so easy to deal with them with email updates followed by receipts by post. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Highly recommend Memorials Of Distinction I lost my husband 8 months ago and enquired about a stone and vase for him and all the staff showed compassion, understanding my requirements and also answered any questions and queries that I asked. Very professional and excellent service from my enquiry even to now with my husbands stone being laid. Very reasonable priced and always kept in touch with me with an update on the progress of the order! We can not recommend Memorials of Distinction highly enough. As a family we wanted to order two memorials for two cemetery family plots, this could have been very stressful. From the moment of making the initial phone call to book an appointment at the Dunstable branch to completion of the memorials, the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful with a good knowledge to advise on how the end product would look. This was all during the COVID pandemic and although there was a delay at the docks on the material being delivered we were constantly kept updated with the progress. Now the memorials have been placed we could not be more pleased with the quality of the workmanship and without doubt would certainly recommend this company. Many thanks to all staff involved.

Thank you for allowing me to make changes and let me see different options before making a final call. Seeing a final design on a finished product made my heart sing) and finally the craftsman who not only created a beautiful memorial that is just perfect but also took such care and precision in fixing it.
5 stars does not do Memorials of Distinction justice. Right from the moment of enquiring for a brochure through to the memorial being fixed into place, their dedicated team could not be more helpful. There is no pressure from any of the sales team. Everything is taken at your own pace when you are ready. Nothing is too much trouble making you feel at ease asking anything regarding the memorial. Their craftsmanship is second to none and they have handled everything for us causing as little distress as possible with such a sensitive matter. I cannot recommend Memorials of Distinction enough.
